Challenge Groups & Registration

The Challenge Group is an ONLINE ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP that starts ONCE a month on the THIRD MONDAY of the month.  The Challenge is thirty days long.

The Challenge is not just about weight-loss.  You will gain so much MORE….you will have positive effects on ALL aspects of your life.  You will need to open your heart and your mind and PUSH yourself harder than you have before...Not just physically, but emotionally.  But if you do, you will move past what has been holding you back and you can begin living your life to the fullest!

The Challenge can transform your body and life, but it should not be taken lightly.  You have to be ready to commit...you will have accountability and support during your ENTIRE journey!

If you DO have an assigned coach, you have TWO options:
  • Reach out to your current coach and see if they run their own challenges (MANY do!)
or
  • If you are not working with your assigned coach and would like to switch, you can do so by writing coachrelations@beachbody.com and request to have your coach changed to Courtney Bowes #259147. (It will take about 48-72 hours for the change to go into effect)
*I do not charge anything extra for you to be a part of my challenges… All I require is the following:

1. You must choose a Beachbody at-home fitness program. If you do not already own one that you would like to do… then I can work with you to help you choose the best program that will fit your lifestyle and goals. (If you need to purchase a program, make sure you ask me how you can save between 25-30% OFF by ordering your Shakeology and program together!)

2. You must be willing to replace one meal each day with Shakeology for the 30 days of the challenge and follow my nutrition guide. This is going to ensure you get the results you desire within the 30 day period of the challenge. Exercise is only 20% of the equation...what you eat every day affects 80% of your results!!!!!  A big part of the challenge will be teaching you how to eat to FUEL your body during the challenge!

3. You must be open-minded and willing to share & participate in the group. We have daily assignments/check ins that are designed to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person so that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.
